Palm Springs New Homes Local Active Adult Community Throwing Free Concert This Weekend
I just received word today that the local Four Seasons active adult community in Palm Springs is throwing a free county music concert to drum up sales in their new home community. It's being planned on Saturday June 4, 2005 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in Palm Springs.
I wanted to take this opportunity to remind new home buyers that there are several resales on the market at this active adult community in Palm Springs. If you're interested in obtaining a list of resale homes in the Four Seasons in Palm Springs, please contact me, and I'll be pleased to send you a list or put you in contact with one of the agents we work in Palm Springs who understands this market and works directly with seniors. They also know about many senior discounts in real estate.
New home buyers should always be represented by their own agent, not an onsite builder representative. While dual agency is permitted in California, it is in your best interest to have your own agent representing you in the negotiations of the purchase agreement. This is a reminder that there are several qualified resale agents in the area who are also senior specialists SRES certified. Contact me for a list at cparker@dc.rr.com and list of resales on the market Four Seasons. A quick search shows that there are about six 2-bedroom resale homes on the market now as of June 3rd at starting at $374,900 and 3-bedroom units starting at about $389,000. The most expensive I saw listed was at $639,000.
Watch out for those builder upgrade incentives too, that's where a resale agent can save you big bucks. Contact me for more information. I understand it's going to be warm this weekend (over 100 degrees), so wear cool clothes for the Ho'Down at the Four Seasons and hold onto your wallets! Contact Carey Parker at 760 771-2380 or cparker@dc.rr.com today.
