Hovnanian is throwing another 50's Music Concert at the Four Seasons active adult community in Palm Springs a week from Saturday, the weekend of Saturday, August 13th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Homes at the Four Seasons development are priced starting in the $300,000s, with resales on the market in the mid $300,000s as well. The Four Seasons is for active adults 55 and older and has a community pool and several amenities. There are seven model homes now open in this north Palm Springs development.
